The last two Sundays in August are reserved for Sports and Vertical Platka!
Registrations are open for the seventh edition of the event All faces of Platka which will gather numerous athletes and recreationists again this year.
On Saturday 19. August is scheduled first Sports face of Platak where teams will compete in indoor soccer, beach volleyball, basketball, bocce and disc golf, while 27. August na The vertical face of Platka gather runners and cyclists.
The number of participants is limited, so those who want can register and secure their place, and rich starter packages are reserved for those who register by August 12. Registrations will be possible after that date, but the organizer no longer guarantees the full start package. On the Platka Sports Complex, small football is played in men's competition, volleyball and bocce are played in mixed, disc golf in men's and women's, as well as basketball, which will also have teams of younger age categories as well as basketball players in wheelchairs.
On the Vertical face of Platak, the bicycle race remains in a circular format. In the men's competition, the participants will try to complete six laps of 3 km each, while the women will drive five laps. Race entries are posted on the MTB XCO page at my.raceresults.com.
Runners of the Platak Vertical Face can register for three attractive races of different lengths and demands: Fast 8-km (8 km), Sweet 15-km (15 km) and Attractive 22-km. powered by INA (22 km), and registrations for the races are on the page stotinka.hr
Participation for students of the University of Rijeka is free thanks to the Student Sports Association Nautilus and the co-financing of the Student Center and the Student Union of the University of Rijeka. In addition to the Goran Sports Center providing technical support to the organizers, the event will be supported by INA this year as well, and they will also be present in Platko with their INA Fresh Corner.
Prizes and unique medals with the Platka mascot await the most successful participants of the All Faces of Platka event.
