Tino Stojak the best in the men's competition, Nikolina Mišeta in the women's competition of the 13th Carnival Snowboard Session
Great weather conditions, great atmosphere along the track and attractive performance of the competitors are what the spectators will remember the 13th edition of the Carnival Snowboard Session held on Platak.
The competition brought together over thirty competitors in the children's, junior and senior categories, who after the qualifying rounds showed the judges of the competition, Vid Barić and Matija Dukić, the best they can and know on the snowboard.
The first place was won by a man from Zagreb with his enviable skills Tino Stojak, he was followed by Rijeka's Marko Gačić, and the third place went to the Slovenian Nejco Ferjan, whose sixth podium at the Carnival Snowboard Session. She won the women's competition Nikolina Miseta.
The best support along the track was given to male and female competitors who competed in the children's (born after 2009) and junior categories (born between 2005 and 2009), among whom the youngest was four years old. The best junior was Fabijan Vidaković, and the best junior was Hana Pecotić. The best boy is the Ukrainian Tymur Foihel, and the best girl is Vita Zekić.
The competition was opened with appropriate words from the newly elected Queen of the Rijeka Carnival Sara Đukić, master Sandija, director of the TZ Rijeka Petar Škarpa, director of the TZ Kvarner Irene Peršić Živadinov and county councilor Leo Pavela.
Carnival Snowboard Session is supported by Rijeka Tourist Board, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Kvarner Tourist Board, Goranski Sports Center and Ski Association of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, and is covered by KIGO.hr.
