The first snow whitened Platak: The beginning of winter joys

Platak was whitened by thick snow carried by a strong wind. In the afternoon, a blanket of snow began to form and announced the beginning of winter joys at the favorite picnic spot in the hinterland of Kvarner.

With the arrival of snow, the official Platka website has been switched to its winter version, which provides information about the winter season, ski slopes and cable cars. Although skiing won't be available right away, fans of sledding and winter activities can start planning a visit to enjoy the idyllic winter landscape.

Platak, special because of its unique location and skiing with a view of the sea, will be a favorite destination for families, recreationists and nature lovers this year as well.
