Announcement: "All the Faces of Platak" – August 23 and 24, 2025.
On August 23rd and 24th, Platak will host the project "All faces of Platka", which has been gathering lovers of outdoor sports and recreational activities for the eighth year in a row. The project promotes a healthy lifestyle, spending time in nature and sustainable development. It is part of the program of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Sports and Recreation Festival, and its uniqueness lies in the fact that each "face" of Platak offers a different, unique and environmentally conscious content.

The Sports Day is intended for recreational athletes, professional athletes, veterans and all sports enthusiasts. Visitors are invited to gather their teams and participate in indoor soccer, beach volleyball, 3v3 basketball, bocce and disc golf.
The program is open and accessible to everyone, regardless of age and level of physical fitness, with the aim of promoting recreation as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
Vertical face of Platak – August 24, 2025.
This day brings exciting mountain and cycling challenges on new mountain trail routes, adapted to different levels of fitness: Unpredictable 9ka – a dynamic track for runners looking for a challenge, Exciting 15 – a moderately demanding route for more experienced recreational hikers, Attractive 22 powered by INA and MTB marathon (approx. 35–40 km), on which, from this year, e-bike be an official category.
It is important to point out that the project is "dog friendly", so participants can bring their dogs, except during MTB races where for safety reasons dogs are not allowed on the trail, but in September or October they will have their day and their own Platka face.
Canihike face of Platka
The program will take place in September or October, depending on weather conditions. It is Canihike lic Platka, a hiking trip in the company of dogs. Dog owners can participate, as well as those who, in cooperation with local shelters, will walk a dog from the shelter and thus contribute to the welfare of abandoned animals and perhaps find a best friend with whom they will want to walk forever.
