Jubilee 15th Carnival Snowboard Session held in Platak
This Sunday in Platak was marked by a well-organized snowboard competition and carnival fun!
At the foot of the Radeševo 1 trail, a 15. Carnival Snowboard Session, one of the longest-running snowboard competitions in the region, which brought together domestic and international competitors.
The snowboard park was prepared for the discipline slope style, and competitors from Croatia, Russia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina performed in the qualifying and final rounds of all categories. The competition was judged by Vid Barić and Borna Obranović.
In the senior category, a prize fund of €1.000, while children and juniors were awarded medals. In the men's senior competition, the winner was Ilia Baskakov, in front The Cook's Wife i Tina StojakaIn the women's category, the first place went to Nikolina Miseta, second Sanda Jelicic, and the third Alida Mirkovic.

Reward Best Trick – Monster board it is assigned To Ilija Baskakov in memory of Robert Semion. Overall winners, based on the sum of the results with Shred Summit Snowboard Cup on Sljeme and the competitions on Platak, were Tino Stojak i Nikolina Miseta.
The event was organized by Snowboard club Nine with the support of the Tourist Board of the City of Rijeka, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, the Tourist Board of Kvarner, the Tourist Board of the Municipality of Čavle, the Goranski Sports Center and the Ski Association of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, with media coverage by KIGO.hr.
